Why Should You Cleanse? The Importance of Cleansing for Great Health -- Hmmm. This makes sense and sounds like a good idea. After I finish with a special eating plan that I am doing during Lent I may try a cleanse.

My screen name, FutureMom, comes from the timing and purpose for my very first blog. I have 2 sons now, so I could change it, but it reminds me of why I am here and how things have changed in the past 10 years of my blogging.
