MSNBC - Childhood snoring could be dangerous -- We have an appointment with an Ear / Nose / Throat specialist in two days for DS2. He has very large tonsils and adnoids, and he snores. Our family doctor says that "they" often wait until a child is 2 or 3 because of tolerating the anesthesia better, but it is decided on a case by case basis. Part of me hopes that the specialist wants to do a tonsilectomy soon, so I can still nurse DS2 afterward. I don't think our nursing is going to continue until he is 2!
